TrackIt - Usage & Compatibility Notice


TrackIt is designed to work with Apple's Find My Network (requires iPhone, iPad or Mac logged into an Apple ID) and Google's Find My Device Network (requires an Android device logged into a Google Account). It does not pair with third-party tracking apps outside of these two networks.


By purchasing, you acknowledge you have reviewed the product description and confirmed that you are using a compatible Apple or Android device. We do not accept returns or refunds for:

- Change of mind
- Misunderstanding of compatibility or setup requirements
- Incorrect pairing attempt or unsupported devices

Our 30-Day money back guarantee still applies in cases where the product is faulty, damaged or not functioning as described. In these instances, please contact our support team in initiate a return. 

Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted only if:

The item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item; and
You contact us within 30 days of delivery to request a return; and
The product is returned in the same condition you received it, with all accessories, manuals, and original packaging intact. 

Restocking Fee & Shipping Costs
All approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Customers are responsible for all return-shipping costs.
We do not refund original shipping charges. 

Damages or Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at officialtrackitgps@gmail.com with your order number, description, and clear photos or video of the issue so we can evaluate and make it right. 

Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges.
The fastest wat is to return the faulty or damaged item (once authorized) and place a new order.

Refund Process
Once your refund is received and inspected:

We will notify you if your refund is approved or denied.
If approved, the refund (minus the 20% restocking fee and any shipping costs) will be issues to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to process the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since the refund approval, please contact us at officialtrackitgps@gmail.com

European Union - 14-day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped into the EU, you may cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason, in line with EU law. 
The product must be unused, in original condition and packaging and you will be responsible for return-shipping costs. A 20% restocking fee applies.

Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under applicable consumer protection laws (including Australian Consumer Law, EU regulations, and other mandatory local laws.)
Where required, we will repair, replace or refund products that are faulty or not as described.
